Tiyiselani Babane: Tiyiselani Babane began his real estate journey in 2005 through property investment, buying and letting units in sectional title complexes. In 2014, he joined Fitzanne Sales as an intern agent, gaining professional sales and property management experience. He later transitioned into the public sector, serving in local government and holding the position of Secretary of a Municipal Council until the end of his contract in 2022. This role developed his leadership, communication, and governance skills, which today contribute to his professional approach in the real estate sector. In 2024, he returned full-time to real estate, and in August 2025, successfully completed his PDE5 qualification—a milestone that paved the way for the establishment of Ndzhaka Real Estates.
